Cancellations by the customer
- Cancellations made up to 2 (two) days prior to the scheduled trip date are eligible for a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made 1 (one) day prior to the trip date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made on the same day of the trip or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or company responsibility
- In case the trip is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, or
- If the trip is cancelled due to company responsibility, a full refund (100%) of the paid amount will be issued.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the original booking.
